- “Placement is not a Process “it is the journey students need to experience for getting their dream jobs. On the above principle the Placement cell of Gardi Vidyapith runs.
- The Placement Cell, also known as the Career Services or Employability Enhance Department , serves as a bridge between students and potential employers. Its primary objective is to assist students in securing employment by facilitating interactions with industry professionals and organizing campus recruitment drives.
- Key Objectives of Placement Cell: - is to Facilitate employment opportunities for students in reputed organizations, prepare students for recruitment through skill based training and workshops, build strong industry-institution interaction, Track alumni career progress and leverage their networks
- AA predominant role of the department is to develop the necessary
skill to build a career in a particular field. For this department actively arranges trainings
for the employability skills of the students which are:
- Aptitude - Assessments
- Group discussions
- Company Specific Training
- Mock interview sessions
- Edutainment - Fostering the Magic Within through Cinema
- LinkedIn basics & Enhancement
- Skill based workshops
- We have placement Coordinators at each department in coordination with the Central Placement cell & Head. The placement office is well equipped and is designed to smoothly handle and support various training and placement related activities. We are equipped with the following facilities to aid the process:
- Well furnished rooms for interviews and group discussions.
- Fully computerized office.
- Seminar halls/ Convention Centre to conduct pre-placement talks and tests.
- Labs For Assessment.
